Since HK Realtindo (HKR) was established, we are committed to responding to the demands of a rapidly developing market and to support the needs of the Indonesian people. With this commitment, HKR won public trust and continued to record progress. Our financial performance grows every year, in line with developments in the property market and the absorption capacity of the community.

This proud achievement cannot be separated from the support of PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) as our holding company. Through the pride we have gained from a long history, we focus on always giving the best to our stakeholders and increasing our product offerings of the highest quality. Synergizing with experienced and highly dedicated people, we give all our capabilities and maximize our contribution to the growth of the company.

In developing the Company, we carry out broader synergy with outside parties, especially with other companies (SOEs). Therefore, we built a solid synergy innovation concept.

This branding strategy focuses on four aspects that we believe will enhance the value of the HKR business portfolio. We greatly value partnerships and collaborations regarding the strategic choices of business partners that will lead us to reach our main goals. HKR expands the company's network to develop various projects. The development of community-owned land which is cooperated by HKR will be a liaison for land developers such as local governments (municipalities) or private companies or both in cooperation (joint ventures). HKR is also actively supplying a national backlog where we will help provide supplies for government housing programs.

In addition, because our parent company manages, builds and develops the Trans Sumatra Toll Road, HK Realtindo is believed to be the only developer managing development in the Trans Sumatra Toll Road environment. Furthermore, through BUMN synergy, we will collaborate with other SOEs such as PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), PT Angkasa Pura (Persero), PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk, PT Inhutani and many other companies to optimize and utilize their assets. Through the development of government assets, HKR will actively contribute to the utilization of available government land.

PT HK Realtindo initially founded as Property Division of PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) in 1997-2001.At the time HK Property Division was capable of developing Puri Utama Housing Estate in Bekasi and Puri Danguran in Klaten, Central Java. Then the division was closed down in 2001 since the company wanted to focus on construction service business.

History of PT. HK Realtindo originated from the formation of the Property Division of PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) in 1997-2001, at which time the HK Property Division was able to develop the Puri Hutama housing estates in Bekasi and Puri Danguran in Klaten, Central Java. This division was closed in 2001 because the company wanted to focus on the construction services business.

PT HK Realtindo was originally established as the Property Division of PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) in 1997-2001.

In 2008, taking into account the market share of PT. Hutama Karya established a Realty Unit under the Directorate of Operations I. By taking into account and considering the results of the 2009 General Meeting of Shareholders, PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) established PT. HK Realtindo on May 10, 2010, with Notary Deed 20 dated May 10, 2010 drawn up before Notary Aliya S. Azhar, SH, MH, MKN as a form of corporate action considering the different main business activities (construction services with property).

PT Hutama Karya (Persero) formed a Business Development Division in preparation for the formation of a subsidiary.

May 10, 2010 PT Hutama Karya (Persero) established a subsidiary, namely PT HK Realtindo which is engaged in property.


2010-2013 PT HK Realtindo is developing its first project in the form of a High Rise Building, namely:

PT HK Realtindo

PT HK Realtindo successfully issued Phase I Medium Term Notes (MTN) with a total MTN issuance of IDR 550 billion for working capital and investment. Net income increased by 39% or Rp 141.83 billion. Realized Assets IDR 2,072 Trillion, IDR 441,570 Billion Equity Realization.

Ready to develop a business with assets of Rp. 2,072 trillion, equity of Rp. 610 billion. In addition, PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) received the mandate to build toll roads. Trans Sumatra Road (JTTS) where HKR is trusted to be the manager of all toll roads in Sumatra, especially the Rest Area.

PT HK Realtindo

HK Realtindo (HKR) issued Phase II Medium Term Notes (MTN), with a value of IDR 1.2 trillion for working capital and investment. HKR as a subsidiary of PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) in the property sector, in addition to developing properties for sale, HKR has made investments for the purpose of recurring income in HA-KA Hotel Semarang and HK Tower. Apart from that, HKR was appointed by HK to participate in the expansion of government programs including TOD (Transit Oriented Development) in collaboration with PT KAI (Persero).

Entering the age of 8 years

Entering the age of 8, HK Realtindo (HKR) has received the trust and support of Shareholders through the addition of 192 billion in capital (assets and cash deposits). HKR is optimistic about developing new projects, including through BUMN Synergy. In addition, HKR also supports development programs (Rest Areas, residential areas, commercial areas to industrial areas) along the Trans Sumatra Toll Road. In 2018 HKR acquired the company PT Nusa Pratama Properti, the owner of the Aston Priority Hotel and land on Jl. TB. Simatupang, and HKR formed a subsidiary, namely PT HKRR (Hutama Karunia Raya Realtindo) through a Joint Venture (JV) with a private company that will develop land in Maja, Lebak Banten.
